Today for earth day I plan to recycle and donate some old clothes and household items, buy locally grown organic produce to prepare for dinner, and take the large sack of plastic grocery bags I have been storing back to the recycle bin at the store. The most important thing I plan to do is to take a gentle walk around the lagoon near my house and simply enjoy the beauty of nature.
My husband and I are conscientious about the environment every day, but we can do more. Today is a good day to start. Have you ever wondered how much the pollution and toxins in our environment contribute to our health? I am certain they play a factor with fibromyalgia. If you are interested in learning how to do more for the environment, below are some good links to check out. How to be an Earthy Girl is my favorite link!
Happy Earth Day everyone.
