It has been just over two months since I took my first yoga class and discovered how healing and compatible with Fibromyalgia the practice is. I know I have mentioned my new passion for yoga on several posts since, but I have not gotten in to the "Why?" and "How?" of it. Spontaneity? Is it Possible with Fibromyalgia?
Heck yeah it is possible! Today my husband and I did something spontaneous and I lived to tell the tale. Good thing too, because I needed something to write about on day two of my 30 in 30 writing assignment. It began as an average Sunday morning - sleep in, go to a leisurely breakfast at our favorite cafe, hit the grocery store and buy something to grill for dinner, head back to the house, walk the dog and then assume the position - me at my computer and Rob wherever he lands with his laptop.
