I am feeling a little under the weather this week. Not only am I feeling the effects of the Takesumi I am taking for detox, I have a nasty little cold brewing. Wouldn't you know it, not that long ago I was bragging about how infrequently I am sick with a cold or the flu & bam! Now I have one - the universe's little way of equalizing my bravado with some humility. I am wondering if it is actually the Takesumi that has made me susceptible to getting sick. False Hope for Fibromyalgia Patient
Some days I just get mad. Today is one of those days. Hell, I’m not mad; I am pissed. I need to stop censoring myself just because I don’t want to offend anyone reading this. I am pissed! I’m pissed that I still have hope – hope that somewhere inside me there is still a vibrant healthy person, but everyday I feel myself slipping further and further away from her. Self-Maintenance and Moderation in Fibromyalgia Management
Living with Fibromyalgia means you constantly have to make choices, choices that can be the difference between a good day and a flare-up. Some days I have to choose between cooking dinner and doing a load of laundry. These are relatively easy choices.
